• Sales Assistant

    SNK America is searching for a Sales Assistant in our West Coast location who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with larger customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed.     Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist our West Coast Regional Sales Manager in all Sales Related task that would include customer visits, sales calls and administrative duties.
    • Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions to gauge the level of satisfaction with the company.
    • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
    • Assist Sales Managers and perform special projects
    • Coordinate with our Parts Department regarding Parts Orders of West Coast Customers

    Qualifications

    • Fluent Japanese skill in writing, reading, and speaking is a plus
    • BSME from an accredited college or an engineering degree in a related course with 2 years of professional experience
    • Proficient with Excel spreadsheets and MS Office products
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
    • Ability to speak and write English fluently (a must)
    • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
